What a wonderful lifestyle! Those homes would be well over a million in Fairfield County. I'll bet the taxes are reasonable too compared to my area.
Hi Gail! - Linden Shores does offer a wonderful lifestyle not only in the community itself but for being so close to the water, beaches, and great restaurants in Branford.....I know these homes would go for at least a miilion if not more down in Fairfeld County....Taxes are about $10,000 - $20,000 per year depending where the unit is located in the complex...How that that fare to your area?
