Great minds, Donna! I'm working on a market report as I have not published one in quite some time--and I decided to do the one that I made the video on so that I could use it instead of the photo that I always do! What a great report for Morris Cove New Haven CT real estate!
Have a wonderful Independence Day!
Donna, I like what you did, I may not like the numbers, but then again, if I were in the market for a home there I would like those numbers very much! Great job, and I love the fact you put a video in there.
It is like smorgasboard for buyers now, they really need to move before things pick up. And pick up they will. We are seeing a tick up in activity in the market, more buyers are out there now, at least here. Good luck!
Donna, What a wonderful video, I almost felt as if I were there. It's a beautiful place and I love how the video came out!
Debe - How funny that we were both thinking the same thing. :) I thought of the video at the last minute just before I published the report. I was planning on just adding a photo like I normally do and then thought it would be a great idea to add the video. Wishing you a wonderful Independence Day too!!!
Andrea - I wasn't too thrilled with the numbers either but they are what they are unfortunately. The good thing is that the lower prices should get the buyers looking off the fence to buy. I liked the way this video came out and plan on doing one for each of my market areas.
Carole - I could spend all day taking videos of Morris Cove. It really is such a beautiful place. I'm thrilled that it really gave you a sense of being here. Have a Happy 4th of July!
