There are currently 129 homes for sale in East Haven ranging in price from $99,000 to 1,089.00. 

In the month of June 2009 there were 17 homes that closed.  This is a decrease of 9 homes as there were 26 homes that closed in June 2008.  

The average sales prices of the homes sold in June 2009 was $200,938 with an average 110 days on the market versus $225,565 for those sold in June 2008 with an average 80 days on the market. 

The median sales price for June 2009 was $188,000.

The median sales price for June 2008 was $205,500.
