After the huge snowstorm the Northeast experienced a few weeks ago we had a view rays of sunshine and warmth over the weekend. It was a welcomed and pleassant surprise and how wonderful it was to go out without having to grab my winter coat or warming up my truck before heading out on a few errands.
Alas the Northeast can be very fickle where the weather is concerned. While the snow may be gone it's a damp, cloudy, drizzly, rainy blah kind of day. It's days like this when you want to just stay in your pj's under the nice warm covers and can't seem to get yourself motivated to do anything.
Rather than letting the weather get me down I decided to grab my laptop and work on organizing the hundreds of photos I've got scattered over all the place to make them easier to find. What a fun adventure this is becoming. I'm finding photos I never even knew I had. So many of them bring back some very happy and joyous memories of family and events over the years.
Given this extremely overcast bah humbbug blah kind of day I'm counting down the days to spring. This photo sure has helped to do the trick knowing that right around the corner I'll be seeing views like this very, very, very soon!
